Ahoy fellow travelers! Stay in a New, Fun, United States Navy themed home located in New Haven Indiana, minutes from Downtown Fort Wayne and all of the amenities that the area has to offer! An upper level home, this two bedroom home was recently restored with new everything. If you love the small town feel and would like to walk to the cute New Haven downtown, for dining and fun this is it! Train and history enthusiasts should also love this location! Must climb one flight of stairs.

Guest access

Guests can access home through keypad around the back of the property. Home has private entrance on back right of the home separate from the other space.

Space overview

Upper level 2 bedroom home with nice kitchen and living room. In unit stacked laundry for guest use. Two spaces for parking in larger back yard. Well sized bedrooms and living room. Sleeps 4+ with two queen beds and a fold down couch if needed. Kitchen is efficient but a comfortable size and has many of the amenities of home. Bathroom contains a neat, standing shower and has been fully remodeled with modern touches.

House rules Things to know

Move in after 04:00 PM,  Move out by 11:00 AM Children below age 3 are allowed. Pets Allowed. Smoking not allowed. No parties & events allowed.

During your stay, please keep all doors locked as you leave and enter. No smoking of any type in the property. Evidence of smoking will elicit a $300 smoke mitigation and cleaning fee. Please smoke outside away from doors, windows and vents.

Other things to note

Property has a larger backyard which is perfect for pets, but please keep fido leashed. Trains are a way of life in New Haven so plan an extra 5 minutes when traveling around. Central AC but the upstairs unit does not have controls currently. Temperature is set at 72 degrees. Additional fans and a window AC unit are set up in home for those that appreciate an even cooler environment than 72 degrees.
